This week in the Heathrow-based docusoap, a scared squirrel takes refuge on a departing aeroplane wheel, new Qantas man John Cull has a rocky ride at check-in, and the resident press get caught out by a walking, talking robot.

Trouble-shooter Karen Jones deals with a collapsed passenger who has missed his flight, while the arrival of a South African with a large sum of money means immigration officer Eric Day has to be more inquisitive than usual.

The busiest day in Heathrow's history sees over 20,000 passengers pass through the airport. Karen Jones has to control the Terminal 3 crowds, and Ghana Airways'Eben Twum-Barima has more people at check-in than he can manage.
