Buddy creates a Viking-themed cake for the crew of the reproduction Viking ship after their crossing of the North Atlantic; a huge, multi-flavored ice-cream cone cake.

Buddy makes the mermaid cake he's dreamed about for an aquarium hosting "mermaids" who swim in the tanks for visitors; Mauro makes a law-abiding cake for a police pal.

Buddy takes on one of his weirdest requests -- baking a South African beef jerky cake; the team works on a music box-themed cake that gets them dancing.
