Tom and his crew encounter paranormal investigators during their film production. Tom faces production challenges and confronts Carlo over illegal jobs, while also dealing with tensions with his ex-girlfriend Stacy. Tom takes decisive action to ensure the film's success.

Tom and his crew try to poison the restaurant owner, but their plan goes awry, leading to a violent encounter. Meanwhile, Tom introduces his girlfriend Bai Ling to the crew. They discuss their financial struggles and Tom's involvement in the dark-web business.

Tom agrees to take a hit from Russ, a job that seems, on the surface, straightforward. The target is a landlord, a small-time parasite with just enough money and just enough enemies to make him disposable. Tom approaches it like he always does... methodical, detached, already half elsewhere in his head. But when the moment comes, something goes wrong. Whether it's hesitation, bad timing, or simple human error, Tom fails to kill the landlord. The target bolts, wounded but alive, and suddenly the job fractures into chaos.
