A series of 'accidents' is changing the booming Spanish resort of San Raphael from a tourist paradise to a town of hell. Mike Hammond, newest recruit to the Anti-Mafia Commission, arrives to investigate the accidents and break the web of terror that envelops the hotel-keepers and landowners of the town. When he arrives, however, his informant - owner of a small hotel - cannot be found.

Even the toughest man can be frightened. Eddie Marsh, odds-on contender for the World Heavyweight crown, is confident that he can beat the champion - if Mike Hammond can handle his managers. For the champion, Bob Stover, hasn't only got strength and experience on his side; he has the Mafia as well.
