In this week's episode, Síle visits Cill Chiaráin, a small fishing village 70km's west of Galway city. Today as its population declines dramatically, the people of Cill Chiaráin looks to the sea and the blue economy to ensure its survival.

In this week's episode Síle visits the townland of Seanach Dubh on the Fanad Peninsula in Donegal. A small community of around 10 families make Seanach Dubh their home, a community dependant on the sea, the land and tourism to survive.

Síle heads to An Gleann in Bá Fhíonáin in South Kerry where she visits Scoil an Ghleanna, the first non-denominational primary school in any Gaeltacht.
