While visiting the Hex Girls at a Transylvania Castle, the gang runs into a real-life vampire.

The gang visits Velma's relatives during a Halloween festival headlined by Kiss but the festivities are interrupted by the ghost of the town's founder and a bevy of living scarecrows.

The secret six puppies are dognapped from the dog show, and it's up to Scooby-Doo and the gang to rescue them.
