This week's guest judge offers an unexpected gift to the candidates: the luxury of time. They will have several hours to simmer a comforting pork dish. However, competitors will need to think carefully about their preparations.

When morning comes, a person realizes with horror that his plan has not worked as expected. She will have to use creativity and demonstrate resilience to complete the challenge. The competitors know that the expectations of the judges are high.

A guest dear to the hearts of the judges offers a master class to the candidates. To avoid elimination, they will have to reproduce their recipe to perfection, but also create a sauce of their own.
