In this episode, Theresa reflects on how much her life has changed. Her family is growing, she's traveling the world while back on tour, and of course, she's embracing her newest role of being a grandma. Theresa discusses how her mediumship has also changed over time and the way she channels spirit. Even while out shopping in town, she channels a departed father while simultaneously entertaining her granddaughter. Discovering new signs and symbols along the way, Theresa uncovers multiple spirits at a cocktail making class, and during an emotional group reading on Long Island. Even amongst all of her life changes, Theresa's love of helping others remains the same.

Ever since childhood, Theresa knew she was different. Embracing her gift by reconnecting souls through spirit is something she knew she was born to do. Seeking closure and comfort, Theresa shares a private reading with a woman struggling with the loss of her father. Then, she channels a strong motherly energy when working with the founder of the John Theissen Foundation. And although she makes it look easy, Theresa discusses how challenging a reading can be depending on the setting. Whatever spirit has in store for Theresa, it is her calling to share their healing messages with the world.

Theresa is just like any of us, except when prompted with the age old question, "Is there an afterlife?" she is certain of her answer. From her private readings to her live shows, Theresa validates throughout the episode that spirit does in fact live among us. In an emotional reading, Theresa reconnects a grieving mother with her son who suffered from a debilitating heart condition. Later, she reveals never-before-seen readings from her two-night show at The Paramount. Then, a trip to the bakery leads to a reading with the owner. Sharing her unique perspective on death, Theresa cherishes the things that feel like heaven on earth--and all the moments in between.
