As a medium, a mother, and a friend to many, downtime is very rare in the life of Theresa Caputo. In this episode, Theresa nurtures her soul by cherishing moments with family, indulging in local delicacies, and prioritizing self-care, all while graciously channeling spirit. From a Delaware farmers market to moon pie shopping in Tennessee, Theresa recalls two beautiful readings from a departed father and two brothers that have never been seen before. And while taking time to recharge at a spa, Theresa finds herself enthralled with eager spirits during her facial appointment. It's just another day in the life of Theresa, and just goes to show that reconnecting souls to their loved ones is always worth the time, even on her days off.

In this episode, Theresa proves there are no coincidences in this life, and spirit is always present even in the most unexpected moments. In a spontaneous reading, emotions are high when Executive Producer Dominick learns that his recently departed Aunt Judy is in the same room while interviewing Theresa. Theresa also looks back on a special reading at a winery, where a daughter shares how connecting with her late father, has undoubtedly reshaped her life. With exciting messages from a father who left the physical world too soon, and an impromptu reading with staff at a garden center, she confirms that spirit will always continue to live life through our eyes and send signs, even when we least expect it.

Theresa makes it look easy, but there are many personal challenges that come hand-in-hand with her extraordinary gift. Attempting to keep her emotions at bay during the toughest of readings, Theresa shares unseen footage channeling a departed son who suffered from addiction. A young woman who lost her husband in a tragic accident revisits her emotional sit-down with a grieving Theresa, and how it has impacted her life ever since. Even in the most ordinary moments, from surprise spirits showing up at her granddaughter's ballet class to a behind-the-scenes reading of a crewmember, Theresa confirms that your loved ones continue to be involved in our lives long after they've left the physical world.
