Gyeo Rye is able to escape Jun Kyung and come back home safely thanks to Yeon Joo. As he returns to the hospital, he becomes certain that this is where he belongs. Tae Sik's cancer is getting worse. Yeon Joo is worried that he might not have much time left and that he is still unaware of the secret of Room 403.

On the way to Mokpo to fulfill Chang Woo's final wish, Tae Sik collapses because of his cancer.
