Giada creates a casual Thanksgiving day menu for an intimate celebration with Todd and Jade. They have Turkey and Pancetta Pot Pies, Bibb and Arugula Salad With Raspberry Vinaigrette and Spiced Apple-Walnut Cake With Cream Cheese Icing.

Giada hosts an evening cocktail party poolside with sophisticated appetizers -- Black Forbidden Rice With Peaches and Snap Peas, Shrimp and Beef Skewers With Soy and Scallion Butter -- fun cocktails -- Ginger and Apple Martinis -- and a DJ.

Four great recipes that can be made built in either a Dutch oven or saucepan ... everything from a hearty soup to an appetizer and even dessert.
