Helicopter police officers Burdick and Foley pursue a pair of gunmen who have taken a woman hostage.

A pregnant girl whom Don had once befriended, who is being held in a holdup, goes into labor and gives birth as the helicopter rushes her to the hospital.

Foley and Burdick are held at gunpoint as they respond to an emergency call to commandeer the chopper.
