Mike, Jen and Rich aim to transform a dilapidated, 1892 barn into a beautiful home. The team begins the renovation by uncovering two antique guns, and it may be evidence that could solve a 100-year-old cold case murder!

The team takes on a home and former museum in Sandwich, Massachusetts, that has a lot of significance to Jen and Mike. The property holds the inspiration for a famous children's book, and they look to bring it back to life along with some modern updates.
