Jake has a heart-to-heart with Tammy about her relationship with Taylor before he -- and Candice -- pays Taylor a surprise visit.

Jake confides in a friend about his mother. At the studio, Taylor vents her concern over Jake to Aklia, while Candice and George have a heated argument over their declining marriage.

Candice admits her indiscretions to her good friend, Michelle, who tries to appeal to her voice of reason. At a queer poetry night, Aklia confronts her mother about being a hypocrite.
