Phil Jenkins, a man recently on parole and working for a shipping company, uncovers narcotic smuggling operations within the company with some assistance from London. However, he's hesitant to report his findings to the police, fearing his criminal record will undermine his credibility. Encouraged by his girlfriend Sally, who is the secretary to the company's owner, he decides to inform the authorities. Unfortunately, by the time the police investigate, the drugs have already been relocated, leaving no evidence. Unbeknownst to Jenkins, Mr. Robbins, the company owner, is secretly part of the illegal operation.
