A paraglider has crashed in the forest, and the returning ST doctor Zara has an intense first day at the new job at HC in Åre.

It's midsummer celebration in the village and it's supposed to be a quiet day at HC and the police, but after an unconscious boy is dumped at HC, midsummer evening becomes a battle against the clock.

Zara is the only doctor at HC for the first time, and she wants to do everything she can to prove to Kerstin that she can handle it.
