Homeowners Jackie and Teresa purchase an aging two-bedroom property and need Scott's help transforming the haphazard, gloomy layout into a bright and spacious vacation rental that will help build their nest egg.

Scott harnesses his creativity and transforms a former art studio at the back of Sarah and Nick's property into an artistic retreat that doubles as a gallery where paying guests can view and buy the work of local artists.

Aleisha and Justin's rundown vacation property can't be rented in the state it's in; a week by the lake is the most popular vacation for young families so Scott adds fun, family-friendly amenities that will keep this property booked year after year.
