Chef Ramsay embarks on a wild journey through Southern India in an attempt to unlock the complex flavours of the spice trade capital of the world. This time around, Gordon will battle ocean waves with a giant fishing net, fight the searing sting of fire ants, speed through hilly dirt roads in a tiny rally car, and has his mouth set on fire with the extremely spicy local fare. To end his adventure, he'll face his toughest challenge yet when he attempts to impress artisan women cooks with his take on their local cuisine.

Chef Ramsay channels his inner Viking to embrace the freezing temperatures of Norway in December, to unlock the elusive flavors of its cuisine. He dives for shellfish in the frigid waters of the fjords, wrangles a stomping herd of reindeer with the Sami people, ferments fish and eats sheep's head, before putting his new skills to the test to prepare a Christmas feast with local Chef Christopher Haatuft.

Gordon Ramsay journeys to the wilds of south central Texas and meets some tough, gritty characters to learn what it means to be from the Lone Star State. He will herd cattle with the help of a helicopter, hunt for venomous rattlesnake in the backcountry and go on a night hunt for invasive and ferocious feral hogs. He'll need to dig deep and toughen up if he wants to show the acclaimed James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Yu and a group of locals that he has what it takes to cook his way through their state.
