The couple are using ingredients you can easily find in the kitchen cupboard or freezer to create a host of imaginative yet simple dishes. Starting with a fish chowder served in a gorgeous bread bowl, followed by handmade pasta made with only three ingredients and not a machine in sight. Later, there's a zesty beautiful sauce to accompany the pasta, and French toast berry muffins for dessert.

The show is bringing some old classics back to the table this week as the couple put a fresh spin on some retro favourites.They start with mackerel pâté and smoked salmon mousse (served with pickled cucumber), followed by chicken kiev with a side of delicious butter bean mash.Next, Lisa introduces John to an arctic roll, before rounding off with a summer cocktail and a jelly dessert.
