At a restaurant to celebrate his birthday, Gary thinks his teenage waiter could be the new chosen one. Nobody buys it, but Gary is determined to prove this kid is his replacement so he can finally retire.

Gary is finally enjoying his long overdue retirement when he hears his nemesis Fleshler has returned. He makes his way back to the ministry only to find that everything has changed in his absence - or has it?

With Tucker in a coma and demon activity on the rise, Gary's job is harder than ever. With funding at all time low and danger at an all time high, the Ministry hires an intern, Mudge, who is of no help at all.
