Hapha, after seeing how much the commoners are suffering because of the demands made by the Mongols, asks Kim Joon what he thinks.

Hapha comes up with an idea after Kim Joon gives him some advice. He sends Kim Joon with as many men as he needs on a scouting mission to Kanghwa island.
