When Stacy is hired to turn a backyard stump into a Wine Bottle, a difficult carve becomes a nightmare when the client brings in an obnoxious rival chainsaw artist to work on a separate piece.

Stacy carves a giraffe for rock n' roller and chainsaw enthusiast Jesse James Dupree. Jesse's visit via motorcycle gets all the guys excited about the world of bikes, including Stacy.

When actor John Schneider shows up at Deadwood looking for a sculpture of his pet poodle, Allison gets nervous when Stacy decides to do a completely different carving.
