Ninja Warrior is back. After being conquered last year, Mount Midoriyama is angry. A tougher course with new obstacles will challenge the Ninjas like never before.

The second Heat sees the rise of a new breed of Ninja and the return of some of our greatest and most loved Ninjas as they battle it out on the toughest course we've ever seen.

It's Heat 3 and tonight sees the return of Ninja favourites as well as brand new Ninjas set to give the old guard a run for their money.
