Australian Ninja Warrior is back with 300 Ninjas taking on the World's toughest obstacle course in their quest to become Australia's first Ninja Warrior.

It's the last of the semi-finals and Australia's favourite tradie Sam Goodall leads the charge as the remaining Ninja Warriors fight for the last 8 places in the Grand Final.

Only the fittest and the fastest Ninja Warriors will survive as they take to the Grand Final course and race against the clock.
