"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" travels to West Chester, Ohio to inform the Akers family that their bi-level home will be completely remodeled in only seven days. This renovation is necessary, for the home has become an obstacle to the family's comfort, safety and quality of life.

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" will be visiting Richland Center, Wisconsin, to rescue the Anders-Beatty family from their crumbling home. The water damage, peeling roof and nesting critters lend to this home a dreadful appearance and have left it in dangerous disrepair. Ty and his designers will completely restore the home in only seven days, giving the Anders-Beatty family the quality of life they richly deserve.
