Miranda is sentenced to ten years in prison without the possibility of bail, and Olivia is sentenced to one year. The moment of revenge arrives when they are taken to the same prison.

Miranda saves Olivia from suffocating during an attack by another inmate; they are taken to a maximum-security wing. Miranda gives birth and hands her baby over to Mauricio.

Miranda suffers from being separated from her baby. Olivia regains her freedom and discovers that Juan Pablo has a plan involving Miranda's daughter; she threatens to kill him if he doesn't reveal his intentions.
