A multi-generational, environmentally conscious family living in a designated bird sanctuary in Osprey, FL asks design expert Lucas Congdon to create both a human pool paradise and a bird pond oasis, all in one outdated, rundown backyard.

Lucas and crew build their first lazy river! This private lazy river circumnavigates a real island, massive waterfalls and a giant grotto. Lucas kicks it up several notches with a state of the art audio/video system, outdoor kitchen and special surprise!

Lucas builds a Roman-style pool for his clients who want to live in a castle by the sea.
