Kouta, Chizuru, Nozomu, Tayura and a few classmates decide to visit a hot spring resort run by Chizuru's mother Tamamo, who is revealed to be the fox deity Tamamo-no-Mae!

A little girl named Minori Mitama and her spirit bodyguard Nue hire the twin spirit hunters Ai and Ren to seal Chizuru's powers.

Chizuru and Kouta treat Ai and Ren to a meal. Seeing as the two are poor, this has magnanimous effects on them and they regret the whole potion situation.
